Whilst both daunting and exciting, August 2015 saw us move into our long awaited new premises at Archerfield Rd Richlands. Whilst the whole “moving” process was interesting to say the least, what the move has brought to our business has been well worth it. It has afforded us the opportunity to expand and grow our business immediately and into the years ahead. For those of you familiar with our premises at West End, you will understand our excitement at our new concrete tilt slab building, it has an open plan warehouse, nicely appointed air-conditioned Showroom and our Offices located on the mezzanine floor behind the showroom means that everything is still conveniently located under the one roof.
Six months down the track, sees a lot of the wrinkles ironed out, and things running smoothly again. it’s been fantastic seeing some our old customers visiting us at the new premises, and equally exciting some new faces, now that all our business signage is up and letting everyone know where we are. January sees us back on deck after a few days off over the Christmas / New Year period and celebrating a very big Milestone for Peacock Saws.
For Peacock Saws 2016 means that we, an Australian owned, Family owned and operated business, established back in 1936, has now been operating for 80 Years.
That’s no mean feat in this day and age, given the changes in our Economy and the world we live in. We are very proud of the longevity of the company, and with humble words of thanks, we are very grateful to our valued customers over the years and our valued and greatly appreciated loyal staff members, which have enabled and afforded us the success we’ve experienced to date.
We will be endeavouring to keep you all updated with any Promotional information on New Products and Services, Sales, and any Community Events and Trade Shows that we will be involved in throughout the year, so check in regularly on our Website and Facebook page for up to date info. On Facebook today we have also launched FLASHBACK FRIDAY. Each Friday we will post some photographs of some of the more colourful and memorable moments in Peacock Saws history. Make sure you like and share our Facebook page.
